Tyson L. Stuckey, CPA, CVA, MAFM
Tyson is the firm’s managing shareholder and is responsible for the firm’s strategic direction and operations. That includes working with the shareholder group to set long-term and short-term goals and implementing strategies and initiatives as they relate to these goals. In addition, Tyson is a client service shareholder and is responsible for providing accounting, auditing and taxation services to business and their owners. He leads the firm’s valuation services, assisting business owners in determining a value for their company for succession planning, gifting, estate values, sales and mergers, and other purposes. Prior to joining Shultz Huber & Associates, Inc., Tyson was a manager at a big six accounting firm.

Rob Bourn, CPA
Rob is a shareholder with the firm. He has over 20 years of experience providing accounting, auditing and tax services to clients in a variety of industries. Rob's industry experience includes manufacturing, general contractors, specialty trade contractors, professional services, and not for profit organizations. He also assists in the firm's tax administration, which includes providing direction and support, ensuring team members have the knowledge, skills and resources to provide quality service to clients.

Terry L. Melton, CPA
Terry is experienced in financial accounting as well as federal, state and local income tax areas. He has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries. Prior to joining Shultz Huber & Associates, Terry was on the audit staff of a big eight accounting firm. Prior to that, Terry served as a Captain in the United States Air Force. He has worked in a semi-retirement status since May 2015 and is a former shareholder of the firm.

Wanda joined the firm in 2016. She provides service for a broad range of clients, including individual, trust, partnership and corporate tax return preparation. Prior to joining Shultz Huber & Associates, Wanda worked for a Toledo-area firm preparing business tax returns and financial statements for a variety of clients including retailers, doctors, attorneys and restaurant franchises in multiple states.

Vicki joined the firm in 2016 as a human resource consultant. Prior to joining Shultz Huber & Associates, she worked in human resources in the retail sector for several years. Vicki provides small to medium businesses, especially those without an HR department, day-to-day assistance with compliance and employment issues including hiring, terminations, unemployment, workers' compensation, investigations, labor relations and negotiations, training, employee handbooks, benefits and more.

James J. Burgei, CPA
Jim joined the firm in 2000 and has over 25 years of experience in accounting, auditing, taxes and consulting. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries including construction, professional service, manufacturing, restaurant and non-profit. Prior to joining the firm, Jim worked as a manager with a regional CPA firm in Zanesville, Ohio.
