Senate Bill 33 Signed into Ohio Law

Governor DeWine has signed Senate Bill 33 into Ohio law, which provides employers with the option to put Ohio’s labor law posters online. The new law goes into effect on July 20, 2025, and allows Ohio’s minimum wage, workers’ compensation, employment discrimination, prevailing wage, and minor labor law notifications to be put on an employer’s website instead of posted at a physical place of business.
